Setup Assistance does not replace the user’s own responsibility to verify accounts, credentials, risk settings, platform rules, prop firm rules, and live-mode readiness.
§ 7

Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly unless a written offer states otherwise.
Setup Assistance is billed one time.
Access may begin after payment, onboarding approval, configuration review, manual activation, or completion of required setup steps.
ORB may use manual invoices, payment links, Stripe, crypto payment processors, or another payment processor.

ORB may terminate access if payment is reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or unauthorized.
§ 13
Taxes
Prices may not include taxes unless explicitly stated.
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, withholding, VAT, sales tax, use tax, digital service tax, or government charges unless ORB is legally required to collect them.
Tax treatment depends on the ORB operator, user location, payment processor, service classification, and applicable law.
§ 14
Unsupported jurisdictions
ORB is intended for users outside Uruguay.
ORB is not offered to residents of Uruguay, individuals located in Uruguay, companies incorporated in Uruguay, or users accessing ORB for use within Uruguay, unless ORB gives prior written approval.
ORB may reject, suspend, or terminate access if user location, residency, billing information, account information, payment information, or usage pattern indicates an unsupported jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for providing accurate country, residency, billing, and account information.
§ 15
