Terms of Service

By using ORB, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ORB.

ORB is a trading automation product and brand operated by Konstantin Manzyuk.

ORB is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, financial institution, prop firm, exchange, or clearing firm.

ORB provides tools for testing, monitoring, and automating a defined Opening Range Breakout workflow using user-controlled third-party accounts and services.

ORB may include:

• TradingView-based strategy logic, scripts, alerts, or workflows
• ORB Web Panel access
• alert relay infrastructure
• backtest, replay, demo, and live-mode workflows
• integration support for third-party services such as TradingView, PickMyTrade, market data providers, Telegram, broker, prop firm, or execution platforms
• documentation, onboarding, and setup support.

ORB does not custody customer funds and does not execute trades directly as a broker or exchange.

ORB does not provide financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or personalized trading advice.

ORB does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, trade, or avoid any financial instrument.

ORB does not evaluate your financial condition, risk tolerance, investment goals, trading experience, tax situation, prop firm rules, account suitability, or regulatory status.

Any information shown in ORB, including strategy logic, backtest results, demo results, alerts, trade logs, statistics, examples, documentation, or support messages, is provided for software functionality, technical configuration, educational explanation, and operational visibility only.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to trade, what to trade, when to trade, how much to risk, which account to use, and whether to enable live automation.

ORB is intended for users outside Uruguay.

ORB is not offered to residents of Uruguay, individuals located in Uruguay, companies incorporated in Uruguay, or users accessing ORB for use within Uruguay, unless ORB gives prior written approval.

You represent that you are not located in an unsupported jurisdiction and that your use of ORB is lawful in your jurisdiction.

ORB may restrict, suspend, or reject access if your location, residency, billing information, account information, or usage pattern indicates an unsupported jurisdiction.

You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, tax rules, trading rules, broker rules, prop firm rules, and platform rules that apply to you.

You are responsible for your own TradingView account, broker account, prop firm account, PickMyTrade account, Telegram account, payment account, and any other third-party account connected to ORB.

ORB does not control withdrawals, deposits, payouts, balances, account approvals, account denials, broker rules, prop firm rules, exchange rules, margin rules, liquidation rules, or account restrictions.

You are responsible for keeping your third-party accounts secure and for complying with all rules that apply to those accounts.

Trading futures, options, securities, currencies, digital assets, or other financial instruments involves substantial risk.

You may lose money.

Losses may occur quickly.

Losses may exceed your expectations.

Trading automation can amplify configuration errors, market errors, execution errors, platform failures, user mistakes, and third-party service failures.

You should not trade money you cannot afford to lose.

You should consult qualified financial, legal, tax, and trading professionals before using live automation.

ORB does not guarantee profits, returns, payouts, funded account approvals, prop firm challenge passes, account survival, low drawdown, execution quality, uptime, signal accuracy, backtest accuracy, or future performance.

Backtested, hypothetical, simulated, replay, demo, historical, or example results do not guarantee future live results.

Live execution may differ from backtest, replay, demo, or historical examples due to slippage, spread, latency, data differences, order rejection, platform delay, account rules, liquidity, market conditions, outages, user settings, or third-party service behavior.

If you enable live automation, ORB may send or relay trading instructions through third-party systems connected to your own account.

You understand and accept that live automation may result in:

• executed trades
• missed trades
• duplicate orders
• rejected orders
• delayed orders
• partial fills
• incorrect order state
• stale state
• incorrect account mode
• failed close orders
• failed stop loss or take profit orders
• losses
• account rule violations
• prop firm evaluation failure
• broker restrictions
• liquidation or account closure.

You are responsible for monitoring your own accounts, orders, positions, balances, and risk limits.

ORB may provide operational visibility, but ORB is not a substitute for your own supervision of live trading activity.

ORB may depend on third-party services including, but not limited to:

• TradingView
• PickMyTrade
• market data providers
• Telegram
• broker platforms
• prop firm platforms
• payment processors
• hosting providers
• domain, DNS, email, or analytics providers.

Third-party services may change, fail, delay, reject requests, suspend access, modify pricing, modify APIs, modify rules, or become unavailable.

ORB is not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, outages, access restrictions, errors, fees, or disputes caused by third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, policies, and fees.

ORB subscription fees do not include TradingView, PickMyTrade, broker, exchange, prop firm, market data, or third-party service fees unless explicitly stated in writing.

You are solely responsible for understanding and following all prop firm, broker, exchange, and account rules.

ORB does not guarantee compliance with any prop firm or broker rule.

ORB does not guarantee that any strategy, setting, automation flow, or trade will be accepted by a prop firm, broker, exchange, or execution platform.

ORB does not guarantee funded account approval, evaluation pass, payout approval, payout eligibility, account continuation, or rule compliance.

You must verify that your use of ORB is permitted by your broker, prop firm, exchange, and third-party platforms.

You agree to:

• provide accurate account and setup information
• keep your login credentials, API tokens, webhooks, and third-party accounts secure
• test configurations in backtest, replay, paper, or demo mode before enabling live mode
• verify all risk settings before live use
• monitor live trades and account status
• comply with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, prop firm rules, broker rules, and exchange rules
• use ORB only for lawful purposes
• not resell, copy, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute ORB access, scripts, relay endpoints, documentation, or proprietary logic unless explicitly authorized in writing.

ORB access may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if:

• payment fails
• you violate these Terms
• you misuse the product
• you attempt unauthorized access
• you share private access without permission
• you create security risk
• you violate third-party rules
• continued service creates operational, legal, security, or compliance risk.

ORB access may also be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, security work, third-party failures, or legal/compliance reasons.

Pricing, setup fees, subscription fees, billing intervals, included services, and cancellation rules are shown at checkout, invoice, or written offer, and are described in the ORB Pricing and Billing Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• setup fees are charged for onboarding, configuration assistance, and initial support
• monthly subscription fees are charged for ongoing access
• third-party fees are not included
• cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges
• access may be revoked after cancellation, non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Refund rules are described in the ORB Pricing and Billing Policy and in the applicable checkout page, invoice, or written offer.

If you use ORB during a private beta, paid beta, pilot, trial, test, preview, or early-access period, you understand that the product may be incomplete, unstable, limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued.

Beta features may contain bugs.

Beta results may not reflect final product behavior.

ORB may change or remove beta features at any time.

ORB software, scripts, strategy logic, documentation, website content, Web Panel design, relay architecture, workflows, trade automation logic, names, branding, and related materials are owned by the ORB operator or its licensors.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ORB according to these Terms.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, publish, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, clone, or create derivative products from ORB without written permission.

Non-public ORB materials, setup instructions, private script access, relay endpoints, internal documentation, technical architecture, pricing offers, and beta communications may be confidential.

You agree not to disclose confidential ORB materials without written permission.

ORB may collect and process data needed to provide the service, including account setup information, contact information, configuration data, operational logs, signal logs, trade logs, support messages, payment status, and third-party integration data.

Use of personal data is governed by the ORB Privacy Policy.

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information to ORB.

ORB may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

ORB does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with all third-party services, or permanent availability of any feature.

Third-party platform changes may require ORB to modify or remove functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORB and the ORB operator are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, account failures, prop firm failures, broker issues, data errors, order errors, execution errors, outages, third-party failures, unauthorized account access, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ORB, the ORB operator, service providers, licensors, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• your use of ORB
• your trading activity
• your account configuration
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of third-party rules
• your violation of law
• your misuse of automation
• your sharing or resale of ORB access
• your disputes with brokers, prop firms, exchanges, payment providers, or other third parties.

References to TradingView, PickMyTrade, market data providers, Telegram, brokers, prop firms, exchanges, or other third-party services are for compatibility, integration, or workflow explanation only.

ORB is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially partnered with those services unless explicitly stated in writing.

All third-party names, marks, and services belong to their respective owners.

You may not use ORB:

• for illegal activity
• to violate broker, prop firm, exchange, or platform rules
• to manipulate markets
• to evade account restrictions
• to resell signals or access without permission
• to share private scripts or relay endpoints
• to attack, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer ORB systems
• if you are prohibited from using trading, financial, SaaS, or payment services under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of ORB.

If you have a concern, you should contact legal@integrall.group before initiating any formal dispute. Where direct resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through the courts having jurisdiction over the operator, unless a separate written agreement between you and ORB states otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

ORB may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on the ORB website or provided through another reasonable method.

Continued use of ORB after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
